In this webinar, speakers will focus on the impact of eviction filings on tenant households in Pennsylvania. U-M researchers will present key findings from their recent report, Record Costs, which documents the profound and lasting consequences of eviction filings for the well-being and stability of poor and working-class tenants. Holly Beck of Community Legal Services of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania State Representative Ismail Smith-Wade-El will discuss the implications of this research for their work in legal aid and legislative action.
